For our Data & Analytics department at our location in Hamburg HafenCity we are looking for a

Data Engineer (Azure) (all genders)

Your tasks:

• Acquire data from various source systems into our Azure Cloud Datalake (ELT)
• Develop data pipelines and related monitoring with Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks or other ETL tools
• Implement business logics (analytical engineering) to transform data into user friendly data structures
• Ensure fit of implemented solutions with our architecture guidelines by advising external Data Engineers and internal Data Engineering colleagues
• Help colleagues hands-on to implement defined guidelines

Your skills:

• 4+ years hands-on ELT/ETL implementation skills in field of Big Data and traditional data warehouses.
• 4+ years experience in data modelling (star, snowflake, 3NF, data-vault) and it’s implementation in DWHs
• 2+ years implementation of CI/CD pipelines, stored procedures, Logging/Monitoring of ETLs, SQL, Python
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes is a plus
• Excellent teamplay, English communication skills, eager to learn and experience with agile work approaches are completing your profile
